"HONEST AND VERY ETHICAL!
I've been a mortgage broker for over 15 years and have significant experience working with realtors. Jackie sold our home in 1 day, for 20k above what I appraised for just 2 months prior. We had 21 showings scheduled in under 24 hours, and 3 offers on the first day. Each one at or above asking price. Without a doubt, Jackie is the BEST realtor I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Some realtors are experts in one particular aspect of the sale, such as how to best stage the home, or how to best price it. Jackie is an expert at ALL aspects. With the seller's market at peak during Covid, it was imperative that I get my place on the market as soon as possible. The specific detail that helped most in me deciding to engage Jackie as my realtor was the access she and her stager had to many contractors in the area. The house needed cosmetic updating before going on the market. She and her stager had the names and numbers of respected people in the industry who "like clock work" accommodated my unit amidst a tight schedule for many other clients. I really appreciated that Jackie was willing to challenge the "conservative" pricing in my subdivision, which it always has been. She pushed the limits on price and justified its worth, even through the appraisal process. I received my asking price, and not a penny less,,, and we both believed it was worth it too! "Personable, Attentive and Caring"
Jackie and her team put client experience first and were incredible to work with for 3 different transactions over the last 7-8 years.
We purchased our first home with Jackie back in 2014 and frankly, sent Jackie on a wild goose chase for finding the right property. We didn't feel any pressure at all on making a decision and Jackie constantly re-affirmed that the focus should be finding the right house, which we gratefully did. All aspects of our first home purchase were seamless. Jackie even provided a seminar on some of the basics of home buying which provided us with the education needed to fully understand the process.
Flash forward to 2021, where our family had outgrown our first home (which we had trouble parting ways with) and Jackie handled both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our first home. For our most recent purchase, we spent a number of years looking in a very specific area and again saw a countless amount of properties not once feeling rushed or pressured into making a decision. Because of Jackie's steadfastness and guidance throughout, we were able to find the ideal home in the ideal location for our family for the next decade and beyond.
On the sell side of our first home, Jackie was able to extract every bit that we could from the home sale. The staging suggestions were fantastic, the photographer was excellent, the set-up of the open house and showings worked perfectly, and the home sold quickly and well above our expected selling price.
Throughout the process, Jackie and her team were personable, attentive, caring to what it is that we wanted, strategic on both the purchase and sale throughout the process, and always delivered excellent service.
